Attendee Sign-In and Registration Times
There will be a sign-in table for conference attendees available Monday, May 16, at the golf tournament for attendees who would like to sign in before the conference. The golf tournament will be held at the Cherokee Hills Golf Club, located across the street from the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa. If you are unable to make it to the golf tournament or would prefer to sign in later, we will also have a sign in table set up in the Sequoyah Foyer, which is located next to the Sequoyah Ballroom where the conference will take place, on Tuesday, May 17. The registration areas are sponsored by AGEM. Upon signing in, you will receive your name badge, as well as your attendee bag which will be loaded with goodies brought to you by IGT, WMS, Bally, Incredible Technologies, MEI, Konami, Cadillac Jack and Eclipse Compliance Testing.
Meal Times, Keynote Presentations, Networking Breaks and Happy Hour/iPad Giveaways
Breakfast will be served on Tuesday, May 17, Wednesday, May 18 and Thursday, May 19 from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. It is sponsored by Aristocrat.
Lunch will be served Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from noon to 1 p.m. in the Sequoyah Ballroom and is sponsored by Aruze Gaming.
There will be a keynote presentation each day of the conference on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings. The presentations will be held after breakfast from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the Sequoyah Ballroom. The three keynote speakers are John Acres, Founder of Acres 4.0, Ali Safarri, CEO of Leap Forward Gaming Inc. and I. Nelson Rose, Professor and Consultant.
There will be two networking breaks offered during each day of the training conference. They will be held from 10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the Sequoyah Ballroom. Refreshments will also be served at this time. The networking breaks are sponsored by AGS.
Happy hour will be at the end of the day on Tuesday and Wednesday from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. There will be a daily iPad giveaway on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Both of these events will take place in the Sequoyah Ballroom and are sponsored by Multimedia Games.
Golf Tournament
There will be a golf tournament, sponsored by Gaming Capital Group, on Monday May 16, with a tee time of 1:30 p.m. The golf tournament also includes a chance to win a hole-in-one prize of $250,000 at hole #7, sponsored by SCA Promotions. The tournament will take place at the Cherokee Hills Golf Club, located across the street from the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa. Welcome Reception
The welcome reception will be hosted Monday,m May 15, in The Sky Room on the 18th floor from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The entire welcome reception, cuisine and bar, is sponsored by VGT.
