Location of Exhibition Area
The CasinoFest 9 Expo is located in the Sequoyah Ballroom at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa.
Room Layout
To gain entry into the keynotes, breakfasts and luncheons, attendees must pass through the Sequoyah Ballroom.
Food & Beverage
Breakfast and Lunch will be served in the Sequoyah Ballroom Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Welcome Cocktail Reception
The welcome cocktail reception will be held in the 18th Floor Sky Room at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday.
Happy Hours
A "Happy Hour" will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday in the Sequoyah Ballroom. Exhibitors will be provided with 10 "FREE" drink tickets to hand out to attendees each day.
Exhibition Hours
Tuesday, May 17 10 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday, May 18 10 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Thursday, May 19 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Exhibitor Rates
Before March 15, 2011, premium position for a 10' X 10' booth is $2,000.
After March 15, 2011, premium position for the same booths is $2,300.
Purchase two or more 10'x10' Booths, receive a 5 percent discount.
Purchase three or more 10'x10' Booths, receive a 10 percent discount.
What is included?
Each 10' X 10' Booth comes with pipe & draping, one waste basket, and an identification sign. The exhibit isles are carpeted, and wireless internet is complimentary.
Exhibitor Conference Passes
Each 10' x 10' exhibit comes with two full conference passes.

We encourage all exhibitors to book their hotel rooms within the CasinoFest9 block of rooms at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa by calling 1-800-760-6700 or click here. Reservations must be made by May 2, 2011 and the reservation code is CASI051611.
Exhibitor Move-In: Monday 5/16/11 1 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Show Close / Move Out: Thursday 5/19/11 3 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Shipping Exhibit Materials:
Please ship all exhibit materials to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa.
Materials should arrive no earlier than Thursday, May 12, 2011 and no later than Monday, May 16, 2011.
Materials being shipped should read:

Badges:
During show hours, all exhibitors, staff and sale representatives must wear badges provided by show management. Badges must be displayed at all times when entering and while in exhibit hall.
