Gambling and the Law®: What a Difference a Year Makes
Almost a year ago at CasinoFest 8, keynote speaker Professor I. Nelson Rose accurately predicted that Congress would fail to legalize Internet gaming, while more and more states would be authorizing racinos, casino table games and VLTs.
