This Privacy Policy does not apply to or impact information collected or used by Casino Services Publishing or its affiliates through other means.

How Casino Services Publishing gathers information from users.
How Casino Services Publishing collects and stores information in several ways. You can visit many pages on Casino Services Publishing websites without providing any personally identifying information. To access other pages, services or products, you may be prompted to provide information; for example, when you sign up for membership, the newsletter, news updates or a subscription; or make a purchase. You may also be prompted to provide information when you participate in sweepstakes, contests, voting and polling, message boards, chat rooms, or other interactive areas of Casino Services Publishing websites.

Like most websites, Casino Services Publishing websites also collects information automatically in ways that may be transparent to users. For example, Casino Services Publishing may log the name of your Internet Service Provider or use "cookies." Among other information, the cookie may store your user name and password, sparing you from re-entering that information each time you visit, or it may control the number of times you encounter a particular advertisement while visiting Casino Services Publishing websites. We may also gather information through other means.

You may choose not to provide Casino Services Publishing with information, for example by setting your browser to refuse cookies; however, doing so may limit your ability to access certain Casino Services Publishing webpages and Casino Services Publishing’s ability to customize website features according to your preferences.

What we do with the information we collect.
Casino Services Publishing will use your information only as permitted by law.

Aggregated information (information that does not personally identify you) may be used in many ways. For example, we may combine information about your usage patterns with similar information obtained from other users to determine which Casino Services Publishing webpages are visited most or which features are most popular. Casino Services Publishing may occasionally share aggregated information with advertisers and business partners, but this information cannot be used to contact you individually.

Casino Services Publishing also collects information to enhance your visit and deliver more individualized content and advertising. For example, Casino Services Publishing may use personally identifiable information collected to communicate with you regarding our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; products and services offered by Casino Services Publishing and its partners and affiliates; the administration of sweepstakes and contests; processing e-commerce transactions; and other topics you might find of interest. Casino Services Publishing reserve the right to share this information within its business units and affiliates, including Casino Enterprise Management magazine and the CasinoFest™ conference series.

Personally identifiable information collected by Casino Services Publishing may be used for other purposes, including but not limited to site administration and troubleshooting. Certain third parties who provide technical support for the operation of Casino Services Publishing websites and online services may access this information.

In the event that Casino Services Publishing sells, buys, merges or partners with other companies or businesses, user information may be among the transferred assets. Casino Services Publishing may also disclose personally identifiable information in response to a court order; when reasonably required to do so by law; when deemed appropriate or necessary in situations involving law enforcement authorities; and/or in connection with the collection of debts. Please note that Casino Services Publishing may not provide you with notice prior to the disclosure of personally identifiable information under such circumstances.

Your choice to opt out.

If you prefer not to receive e-mail communications sent directly from Casino Services Publishing advertisers or promotional partners, you will be given an opportunity to decline before providing information Casino Services Publishing might use for this purpose. If you decline at the time you provide such information, Casino Services Publishing will not share your personally identifiable information with non-affiliated advertisers for such purposes, though Casino Services Publishing may on occasion send you information on their behalf.

Affiliated sites, linked sites and advertisements.
Casino Services Publishing expects its partners, advertisers and affiliates to respect users’ privacy. However, third parties, including Casino Services Publishing partners, advertisers, affiliates and other content providers accessible through its websites, may have their own privacy and data collection policies and practices. For example, during your visit to a Casino Services Publishing website, you may link to or view certain content that is created or hosted by a third party. You may also be introduced to, or be able to access, information, websites, advertisements, features, contests or sweepstakes offered by third parties. Casino Services Publishing is not responsible for the actions or policies of such third parties, and you should reference the privacy policy of any third party prior to providing information.

Casino Services Publishing advertisers, promotional partners, affiliates or other third parties may use cookies or other technology to attempt to identify your preferences or retrieve information about you. Casino Services Publishing does not control the use of this technology or the resulting information, and is not responsible for any actions or policies of such third parties.
