WMS' Slot Machine University, an online course, is the answer for your gaming machine support staff that needs training on the latest equipment and software. It will assess and develop competencies such as installing games, removing and replacing major internal components, troubleshooting and maintaining peripheral devices, installing local and wide area progressive games, troubleshooting and resolving network performance and interoperability problems, and other essential business skills.
WMS University is formal classroom and hands-on training conducted on the customer's site or at one of the WMS offices. And we're offering it at CasinoFest! It is geared for technicians and slot managers, concentrating on specific cabinet types. It is generally more technical than SMU, and more interactive.
